These Terms govern your use of the Lintel application (“the App”) provided by AppLabs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Lintel you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Lintel on Android devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Lintel Pro
Some features require a one-time in-app purchase (“Lintel Pro”), sold through Google Play. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Google Play's refund policies. Lintel Pro is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored with “Restore purchase” in the App. We may change or retire Pro features with reasonable notice.
3. What Lintel's information means
Privacy labels show permissions an app has been granted, not what it is doing. Tracker results show tracker code found in an app; an app may include a tracker without using it, and some trackers can't be found (for example after code shrinking), so “None found” is not a guarantee. Lintel's information is provided to help you understand your apps and is not legal, security or professional advice.
4. Hidden apps
Hiding an app hides it from Lintel only. It still appears in Android settings, notifications and recent apps. For apps that must be locked, use Android's Private space.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Lintel to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the App's security features.
6. Intellectual property
Lintel's code, design and branding belong to AppLabs, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App except as the law allows. The tracker data is available under the Open Database License 1.0, and the bundled fonts under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (see the App's open-source licences).
7. Disclaimer of warranties
LINTEL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE APP OR ITS INFORMATION IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLABS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE LINTEL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR LINTEL PRO, IF ANY.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; the current version is always here. Continued use after an update means you accept it. We may end your licence if you breach these Terms; sections 6–9 survive.
